Adam Goodrich, Project Executive 

A graduate of Baruch College, Adam has been working in construction management for 10 years and has completed considerable projects including: the Cardno ATC – complete renovation; Crestwood Station Lofts Development – 4 level, multi-use residential facility ground-up project; multi-tenant fit- outs and LL work at Green Acres Commons Mall; and multiple retail renovations in NYC. Adam has extensive knowledge in the management process of large scale projects. Adam’s assertive management style encourages the team to push exceptionally hard to complete projects on time and within budget. He leads by example and his extraordinary energy and positive attitude inspire the entire team to perform consistently at their highest potential.
