As part of GTL’s commitment to cost-control, dedicated teams of finance and construction professionals monitor project costs and identify savings opportunities throughout the project lifecycle by providing some of the following services:
- Examination of field conditions by our expert surveyors prior to commencement of construction to ensure that such conditions are reflected in the contract documents
- Architectural and Engineering “peer review” to achieve optimal design within the project budget
- Identification of any applicable incentive program such as tax abatements, utility savings, low-cost financings and government-sponsored grants
- Assisting with financial reporting needs such as cash flow forecasts, cost modeling and depreciation schedules
