General Contracting
GTL Construction can deliver your construction project as a “lump sum” or “cost plus” contract with or without a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). We provide all required site supervision, labor, management, safety, and quality control throughout the project. This delivery option is most advantageous when a client has a complete set of bid documents and has the time for a customary bidding period.
Regardless of project scope, GTL applies the same level of dedication, across the board. We provide:

Construction Management
GTL Construction provides site supervision, labor, management, safety, and quality control through completion and closeout. This delivery option is most advantageous when a client has limited time and budgetary constraints and needs to have the final design and construction operations run simultaneously.
Estimating
GTL’s seasoned group of estimators utilize proprietary technology to produce detailed estimates based on current market pricing, as well as uniquely examine each project on an individual basis to ensure the greatest savings possible. Along with the support of the cost control team, GTL’s Estimators:
- Produce detailed estimates
- Pre-qualify vendors
- Identify long-lead items and prompt procurement methods
- Maximize Value Engineering opportunities to match original specifications
- Establish succinct contingency plans
Value Engineering
GTL Construction continuously seeks to identify places where we can add value through innovative and cost-effective alternatives while respecting original specifications, remaining faithful to project aesthetics and upholding the highest standards of quality during every project phase.
As part of GTL’s commitment to cost-control, dedicated teams of finance and construction professionals monitor project costs and identify savings opportunities throughout the project lifecycle by providing some of the following services:
- Examination of field conditions by our expert surveyors prior to commencement of construction to ensure that such conditions are reflected in the contract documents
- Architectural and Engineering “peer review” to achieve optimal design within the project budget
- Identification of any applicable incentive program such as tax abatements, utility savings, low-cost financings and government-sponsored grants
- Assisting with financial reporting needs such as cash flow forecasts, cost modeling and depreciation schedules
