109,000 square foot, dual-branded hotel development consisting of:
- 99-unit Homewood Suites by Hilton
- 70-unit Hampton Inn by Hilton
The project will be constructed above an existing 5-level parking garage located at: 1750 Eastchester Road – Bronx, New York
- Conversion of a portion of the existing 5th parking level into hotel amenity and support spaces
- Construction of new hotel floors 6 through 10 above the existing garage
- Full build-out of guest rooms, back-of-house areas, and shared amenities in accordance with Hilton brand standards
