  • Demolishing 17,000 SF of existing office space and fit out of new offices
  • New offices including KI sliding glass doors and wall panels
  • One wall in each room was covered in “Wall Talker” writing surface
  • New reception area and lounge with custom millwork, polished concrete tops, and epoxy terrazzo accent floors with gypsum board fascia and soffits
  • Balance of finishes were carpet, paint, and acoustical tile ceilings
  • Large open area for numerous computer workstations requiring extensive IT wiring and a new dedicated IT Room with independent controlled environment
