Description: GTL Construction was hired to complete a corporate office for Suburban Propane. This project consisted of a new Cafeteria, Lobby and Meeting Room.
The Project team operated under a Fast-track schedule and worked in occupied spaces that required coordination to al­leviate disruptions to the client, but it also required extensive up-front communication to determine logistics.
Components of the new space include:

  • New Cafeteria, Lobby and Meeting Room
  • New fireplace with double open face clad on quartz stone at meeting room with new glass sliding doors
  • New ceiling with 4’ x4’ grid with drywall ceiling accents
  • New millwork with quartz countertops
  • New LVT Flooring throughout
  • New LED Lighting with Smart Controls
  • New Ceramic tile lobby with frameless double glass doors
  • All new kitchen equipment
