Description:  This project consisted of the ground-up construction of a new retail building, the complete facade renovation of an existing strip-mall and pedestrian improvements for the busy shopping center.  In addition, GTL was awarded the build-out of the new tenant, Duck Donuts.  The intricate design of the new building, the sophisticated detail of the facade improvements, the extensive sitework required and the fast paced build out of the Duck Donuts tenant space made for a very involved project with a very successful result.
