This project features a new reception lobby, kitchenette, restrooms, nursing suite, wellness rooms, offices and open concept work stations throughout. This space also includes open ceiling reception and work areas with acoustical baffles hung throughout.

The Project team operated under a Fast-track schedule and worked in occupied spaces that required coordination to al­leviate disruptions to the client, but it also required extensive up-front communication to determine logistics.

Description: This 10,000 sf Gelfand office space , was a full office renovation consisting of a polished concrete reception area with a custom wood plank ceiling. The scope of work also included tag system for offices, conference rooms and updated kitchen space.

BlackRock financial, located in a luxury commercial office building in Greenwich Connecticut consists of 11,000 usable square footage of mixed used office space. Their new footprint consists of a luxurious high end executive board room, private suites constructed of frame-less glass and modern finishes, private executive offices with rare stones and woods as well as a state of the art pantry and open work areas for the staff. With a newly constructed entrance and reception area to the space, the BlackRock office is inviting to both clients and staff.

Due to their continued growth in the marketplace, the CoWorx team hired GTL to construct their new 20,450 square foot office space. GTL Construction of NJ is proud of the delivery of CoWorx’s vision of a modern and open work environment.

GTL Construction was retained by Duck Creek Technologies for the construction services to buildout 18,701 square feet of additional office space. Duck Creek is a technology company boasting a powerful, modern platform with a full suite of solutions on which carriers can run their business. GTL completed this fast track project two week early and on budget.
